Manufacturing process

Having own azo free dyeing unit consisting of highly experienced Dyeing Master, technicians to maintain universal standard in the process of Dyeing. Yarn directly purchased from mills for dyeing.

Production unit

We have under our control 200 power-looms, 500 handlooms being run by efficient and experienced weavers so Expofab can assure good quality as you expect in fabrics, made-ups etc..  To maintain Quality inspection is carried out by quality control departments under a panel of the selected technicians and experts to maintain the functions of production, stitching  checking and packing units.

Stitching unit at Karur for made ups

We have our own stitching unit where we have 60 Siruba stitching machines and 30 Juki stitching machines . Made-ups are being stitched as per the size of the items, designs as required by the buyer

Stitching unit at Chennai for garments

We have our own stitching unit at Chennai where we have 70 Juki stitching machines and all the garment items are stitched in this unit.

Inspection

Quality controllers are looking after the inspection of goods manufactured and stitched.

Packing unit                             

After thorough checking such as weaving, design, stitching mistake packing is being done as per buyer instructions

We are capable of supplying huge quantity and maintain quality and prompt delivery  and service to the entire satisfaction of the buyers.

Business promotion

Our Managing Director Mr. V. Balakrishnan B.A. graduate and well experienced, decision making  control over the firms business in various angles. He is looking after entire marketing and sales division of the firm.

Every year he exhibits our products in the Heimtextil Fair. He undertakes 5 to 6 foreign tours for sales promotion, market study around the world every year so as to boost up the firms business.

Division of work

Partners Mr.V.Balakrishnan & Mrs. B. Vijayalakshmi are looking after the daily transaction of our business. Our firm has several departments such as production, dyeing, new sample development, stitching, packing, administration, documentation department etc. All the said departments are being personally looked after by both of them. 

Development of samples

We are having our own modernized supreme sample room in our office premises which easily attracts global buyers with its creative classic collection of elegant which enables the buyers to make the right choice and innovations.
